The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is a bi-state agency dedicated to keeping the region moving.
Our work advances customer experience for the Aviation Department, specifically supporting JFK, EWR, LGA, and SWF airports and their mission to become world-class operators of world-class airports.
As an embedded extension of the Aviation customer experience team, Aurie guided the development of the unit’s mission statement. With this foundation, we led the creation and rollout of the department’s 5 Year Strategic Customer Experience Plan. In further support of the mission and to put words into action, we produced the agency’s inaugural Customer Service Excellence Awards which continues for its third year.
